By registering under the Self-Funded Category for the Business Leadership Conference Turkey 2026, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older at the time of application.
  • Open to individuals of all nationalities with demonstrated interest in business leadership, entrepreneurship, innovation, sustainability, and global economic development.

2. Access & Participation Benefits

Self-Funded participants will receive:

  • Full access to all keynote sessions, panel discussions, executive workshops, and networking forums
  • Participation in business strategy discussions and leadership simulations
  • Official Certificate of Participation issued by the World Business Council
  • Official Invitation Letter to support visa applications
  • Conference Welcome Kit (badge, lanyard, and official materials)
  • Access to Gala Night and Closing Ceremony

Note:
International airfare, visa fees, meals, and personal expenses are not included in the Self-Funded Category unless explicitly stated in a selected package.

3. Refund Policy

The Self-Funded participation is refundable under the following conditions:

Time of Refund Request Refund Eligibility
More than 30 days before the event 100% refund as a voucher (no deduction)
20–30 days before the event 70% refund as a voucher (30% deduction)
10–20 days before the event 50% refund as a voucher (50% deduction)
Less than 10 days before the event No refund (100% deduction)

4. Visa Support

  • An official invitation letter will be issued after confirmation of participation.
  • Visa approval, processing time, and decisions remain solely the responsibility of the delegate.
  • The World Business Council is not liable for visa delays or rejections.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Delegates must maintain professionalism, respect, and ethical behavior throughout the conference.
  • Harassment, discrimination, misconduct, or violation of conference rules may result in immediate removal without refund.
  • Participants are responsible for any damage caused to venues or property.

6. Media Release & Consent

By participating, you grant the World Business Council the right to use photographs, videos, recordings, and testimonials for promotional, educational, and official purposes across digital and print platforms.
No compensation or royalties will be provided for such usage.

7. Event Changes & Force Majeure

The World Business Council reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, venue, or format, or to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, political unrest, or travel restrictions.
Participants will be informed through official communication channels.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The World Business Council shall not be held responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the conference.
Delegates are strongly advised to arrange their own travel, medical, and personal insurance.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.

10. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By submitting your application under the Self-Funded Category, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
  • You accept the stated refund policy
  • Your participation is subject to compliance with conference guidelines and the Code of Conduct

Fee: 90,000 PKR

Fee: 170,000 PKR
