The Self-Funded participation is refundable under the following conditions:
By participating, you grant the World Business Council the right to use photographs, videos, recordings, and testimonials for promotional, educational, and official purposes across digital and print platforms. No compensation or royalties will be provided for such usage.
The World Business Council reserves the right to modify the program, schedule, venue, or format, or to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, political unrest, or travel restrictions. Participants will be informed through official communication channels.
The World Business Council shall not be held responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the conference. Delegates are strongly advised to arrange their own travel, medical, and personal insurance.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
